Privacy
This page explains what the website berthpanel.app does with personal data. In short: as little as possible.
Visiting this website
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, and loads nothing from other companies: fonts, images and scripts all come from our own server. Like every web server, ours writes technical log files with your IP address and the pages you request. We use them only to keep the site secure and working, and they are deleted automatically after a short period.
The contact form
When you send the contact form, we receive your name, email address, organisation (if given), the topic and your message. We use these only to answer you and, if you ask for it, to give you early access. We keep them for as long as the conversation is relevant, and at most two years after our last contact. We do not share them with others and do not use them for newsletters.
Where your data is stored
Our website and mail run on our own servers in the Netherlands. Your data does not leave the European Union.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Send your request through the contact form and we will reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Who is responsible
